Official Refund Policy
I wholeheartedly believe Mastermind Your Marketing to be the BEST Etsy marketing course out there—and hundreds of satisfied students think so, too (and have the revenue numbers to back it up!)! However, I absolutely understanding wanting a guarantee in place with your purchase—which is why MYM offers a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee.
With this policy, you may request a refund for up to 14 days after you purchase the course. No refunds will be provided after 14 days following your purchase. All refunds are discretionary, and eligibility is determined only after all requested items are submitted to our support team.
To request a refund, the following is required:
A written email refund request within the 14-day purchase period (sent to email@example.com).
Screenshot proof that you completed the work in weeks 1 + 2 (following the step-by-step checklists of tasks included in the lessons)
Note - Deciding after you purchase that you no longer wish to make the payments, do not want to do the work required, or are no longer interested in building a marketing system for your Etsy shop does not qualify you for a refund.
Thanks for your understanding in this matter! Similar to how you would feel if an Etsy customer used your product (ie; washed + wore one of your handmade dresses) and then requested a full refund because they changed their mind after using it, this policy is in place simply to make sure that both you and I are satisfied that you genuinely gave it your best effort and have done everything required of you to achieve the results Mastermind Your Marketing offers.
If you are not interested in giving this program your best effort, it’s probably not a good idea to enroll :)
